Mercury - K050 & K056 Fujifilm Project: Supporting International Biotech Expansion with Off-Site Manufacturing

K50.56 3

AE Global supported Mercury on the K050 & K056 Fujifilm project in Hillerød, Denmark, delivering design-led mechanical and off-site modularisation support for a complex industrial project. The scope included constructability input, off-site modular assembly, module population and pipe fabrication.

AE Global's Integrated Solution:

Our team reviewed constructability, fabricated pipework and assembled populated modular sections off site, helping to improve quality control, reduce site activity and support a more controlled installation process.

By combining mechanical fabrication, modularisation and practical delivery expertise, AE Global helped ensure the works were planned and prepared with site installation, programme and constructability in mind.

The Outcome:

The project demonstrated AE Global’s ability to support major international industrial projects through off-site manufacturing, pipe fabrication and coordinated mechanical delivery. Through early planning and controlled fabrication, AE Global helped reduce site risk, improve installation efficiency and support successful project progression.
