AE Global supported Bristol Myers Squibb and PM Group on the Cruiserath SDP Project in Dublin, delivering a significant modularised mechanical scope for a pharmaceutical project environment. The works included constructability input, off-site modular assembly, module population, pipe fabrication, on-site module installation and installation of interconnecting pipework.
Our team reviewed constructability, fabricated pipework, assembled and populated modules off site, and carried out the installation and interconnection of the modules on site. By combining early planning, off-site fabrication and practical site delivery expertise, AE Global helped improve constructability, reduce site congestion and support a more controlled installation process.
The project demonstrated AE Global’s capability in delivering modularised mechanical solutions within a demanding pharmaceutical environment. Through coordinated planning, controlled off-site fabrication and efficient on-site installation, AE Global supported the successful delivery of a €4M project scope with improved control, quality and programme certainty.
